I was really looking forward to this post and showing everyone my latest project. Last week I cast on for Ysolda's snapdragon flip tops. I was using amazingly soft Malabrigo (in pearl) and moving right along. I was moving along so quickly that I was making mistake after mistake. I kept ripping back and moving forward but the same few rows gave me trouble time and time again. Last night I made another mistake and could not figure out how to fix it so I frogged the entire thing. I feel ok about it, I was knitting using magic loop and I am not sure this pattern lends itself well to that particular method. i had some large ladders forming and my technique with magic loop is usually better than that.
I do have another project in the works but it is a surprise so I cannot reveal it. Yet.
After the mitts, I am itching to make the matching snapdragon tam and ripley
Hiya, I'm really struggling with this pattern too, I keep seeming to end up with the wrong number of stitches when I get into the twenties rows and get more confused when I unpick, love to see how yours turned out though.
